Supersprint sportsudstødning i 100% rustfri stål 

OM SUPERSPRINT 

Italienske Supersprint har været på banen siden 1955 og har opbygget et omfattende program af sportsudstødninger i den absolut bedste kvalitet på markedet. Alle Supersprint sportsudstødninger er selektivt udviklet til netop den bilmodel du finder i kataloget. Derfor vil du se et meget specifikt program af udstødningsdele udviklet til netop den bilmodel du kan slå op i kataloget. TÜV-godkendelser er mulig til de fleste biler.

Supersprint udstødninger er "hand crafted in Italy" med hjælp af moderne CNC udstyr, alle samlinger er TIG eller MIG svejset, og materialet er stainless steel, generally AISI 304/AISI 310S og Inconel kvalitet hvor den termiske belastning er ekstra høj.
Herunder er vist et par eksempler på hvordan de enkelte dele er opbygget: 

       SUPERSPRINT HEADER - MANIFOLD DESIGN

• CNC machined head flanges, heavy duty 7 to 12 mm thick steel, heat    distortion resistent. 
   
• Stainless steel tubes (for Cat. equipped models), or chrome plated, heavy duty steel tubes, 1,5 mm wall thickness, mandrel bent with CNC bending machines. 
   
• Head tubes perfectly mated to the engine exhaust ports for smooth gas flow. Length and diameter are tuned to engine displacement and powerband characteristics.
 
Joints between tubes are hand welded.   

Slide-on type connections are machined to perfect tolerances for leak proof fitting. 

An oxygen sensor is retained, where present in the OEM exhaust (no modification is needed to the engine management system).

• Significant power increase can be achieved on modern turbocharged cars by redesigning of downpipes and catalytic converters
     
• The only Supersprint components not produced in our Mantova facility are the metallic catalytic converters. For the supply of these special parts we rely on HJS, a leader in the development and production of performance catalytic converters.
   
• These converters have a considerable amount of noble metals, such as rhodium, palladium, platinium, which ensure their ability to withstand high temperatures over extended periods of time.
   
• HJS is unmatched in the quality of their components which guarantees that we can provide extremely durable, high quality, low polluting catalytic converters with all our performance exhaust systems.

1. Free-flow silencer design inner tube. 

2. Precision finished joints and perfectly positioned brackets, for easy mounting and a flawless fit. 

3. Long lasting sound absorbing materials (Rock wool, with stainless steel wool wrap around silencer cores). 

4. Stainless steel inner perforated tubes, and stainless steel silencer-box and endcaps.  

5. Stainless steel, chrome plated tail pipes, inward rolled edge, 30 different styles of design and Supersprint logo engraved.
